UNT hopes and dreams dashed again, 0-1

Article By: Drewwbacca

Drewwbacca returned to Denton and the UNT Mean Green, much to the dismay of several other league owners, feeling like there was unfinished business. Despite a horrendous S31, going defeated against humans, only picking up sim wins, there was truly some tangible reasons to believe in Drewwbacca's ability to lead this 4th rendition of CFB 2025 UNT.

Ikaika Ragsdale picked up right where he left off last year, going for yet another 100 yards. Look for Ragsdale to make another run at all conference honors, with a strong season. As was the case last year though, despite being the bell cow and the most deserving of pay dirt, Ragsdale does the heavy lifting and allows his teammates to strike when all eyes are on him. There's so much hidden value in what he brings to the squad.

Chandler Morris, 21-25, 240yds and 2 TDs, managed to not turn the ball over once. Something he was only able to achieve, I believe, 1 other time last year. If the off season work Drewwbacca and Morris put in can continue to yield similar play as the season rolls on, there's bound to be a W or two in this squad somewhere.

Defensively, Drewwbacca continues to improve. SHSU was forced to punt 3 times and UNT had the lead with a chance to stonewall SHSU with under 2 minutes to go. However, SHSU managed to drive the field and on their second attempt from inside the 1, they managed to punch the ball in.

After the game, Drewwbacca didn't have much to stay. Really, he was simply stunned. "At a loss for words" was all he could muster, at the post game interview. When the sun rises tomorrow though, the Mean Green will absolutely get back to putting in the work, and make noise in the AAC, in S32.

Good Game, Vic.

Article By: Vic

In highly contested back and forth game the Bearkats come out with the victory 27-21.

The mean green led by Coach Drewbacca had thier fingerprints all over with a ball control offense that took over the game. They held the ball for 16 mins and could not be stopped on 3rd down they went 5/7 on 3rd downs and was walking it up and down the field. They only scored 3 tds but missed a key fg from about 50 yards out. The defense was hit and miss gave up a couple of big plays early and a couple on the final drive that cost them in the end great job by Coach drew, Coach Vic said after the game: “ That’s a very well coached team right there.”

Hunter Watson did what he could to lead the Bearkats back passing, rushing just being a leader for the team he did everything he could to secure the win. He threw for 202 passing yards and rushed for 21 yards and scored the game winning td. Jay Ducker ran for 76 and caught a pass for 17 yards that set up the game winning score.
